Review. First Chinese work.

This is an experience that I have experienced. Normally, if I work without thinking, I can continue to work. But if I look at the problems that arise, I want to quit. This is a boss up. I have worked in this style already. I think it will get a variety of jobs, but I am not addicted to anything. I am ready to learn something new in the job scope that this position is involved in. Because it can continue to build on my own work.

When we come to work for a few months, we feel that it is not a system at all. When there is a problem, we only find the wrong person to solve the problem. Throw the problem back and forth to talk to each other. There are actually more problems. And like this, all the time there is a problem. We try not to think much. What do you think you can do?

The reason why we have to think about this is because we have been thrown into the work. Even though the work is the part that he is responsible for, we said that he must do it because we are not the person in front of the work. He said that he will do as much as he can. If the work he does is solved, he will let us continue. We told him to try to send it first. We just don't feel okay. Actually, if we have to do that work, we can do it. But only we see that it is not the job we have to do for that person. If you promise to do it, it will always be done because it has to keep updating the information and then his words. It seems like I'm going to work so hard for the CEO to talk us into doing that instead.

What does everyone think? Or we keep thinking of it as a problem.

P.S. That person is a factory manager (a Chinese person who has worked in Thailand for a long time), working in different provinces. We are in the BMA office.
