Dill Pickle Ranch Smash Chicken Tacos with Crispy Cheese Lace

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground chicken

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp paprika

• Salt & pepper, to taste

• ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)

• 4-6 small tortillas

• ¼ cup dill pickle ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

• Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, chopped onions, fresh herbs

Instructions:

1. Prepare the chicken:

• Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

• Add ground chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

• Using a spatula, smash the chicken into thin patties in the pan. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

2. Make the crispy cheese lace:

• In another skillet over medium heat, sprinkle small circles of shredded cheese.

• Cook until the edges are golden and crispy, then carefully remove and let cool slightly. These will become your crispy cheese shells or taco accents.

3. Warm the tortillas:

• Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

4. Assemble the tacos:

• Place smashed chicken on each tortilla.

• Add the crispy cheese lace on top or as a side garnish.

• Drizzle generously with dill pickle ranch dressing.

• Add any optional toppings you love.

5. Serve immediately while the chicken is juicy and the cheese is crispy.
