From my Garden

Y’all!!! I harvested a few of my collard greens today. Brought them over to my grandparents house and had ma grand-mère cook them. While we were only able to make this bit, they were so yummy!!!

I’m planting an actual row of them this week. Especially since we will be entering Fall soon and it’s a cool weather crop.

What I picked from my Garden this morning

I picked a variety of peppers which are scotch bonnet, jalapeno, Cajun spicy, and habanero. These peppers I dehydrate in a food dehydrator and it gives them a smoky flavor and increases to spice level drying them out for cooking later on in dishes.
