Prices based on my local Walmart in Northern Kentucky.

I pick these meals based around the seasonings I already have at home. Salt/Pepper/Garlic etc. And additional items at home such as milk, eggs, butter.

1. Hot Ham & Cheese- You can make these grilled cheese style but in a pinch you can stack your desired amount of ham & a slice of cheese and microwave for 25-30 seconds. Put on bun & enjoy.

2. Stuffed Shells- Boil pasta until they are al dente. Then drain and let them cool a minute until you can handle them. For the filling I mix the ricotta and shredded cheese and season it with salt, pepper & garlic. I put a layer of sauce in the bottom of my baking dish and place the filled shells in. Top with more sauce & shredded cheese. Bake on 350 for 40 minutes.

3. Turkey Chili- Brown your meat, drain off any excess fat if it has it. Add in the chili seasoning packet. The cans of beans drained & tomatoes not drained and about 2 cups of water. Let simmer for 30 minutes on medium-low and enjoy!

4. Chicken Taco Bowls- Place chicken in crockpot with taco seasoning packet and 2/3 cup of water. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken & shred. Place back in crockpot and let sit on warm while you prepare the rice & vegetable toppings. Add cooked rice, chicken & desired toppings to bowl.
