WHAT I ATE TODAY (easy weight loss meals!) 🌿

Here is everything I ate today on my weight loss journey - these are all quick and easy meals!

Collagen coffee ~ I love starting off my morning with 1st Phorm’s collagen powder. I add one scoop directly into my oat milk and directly into my coffee. Since I’ve turned 30 this year, I’ve been upping my collagen intake to help maintain good skin, hair, nails, etc!

Tuna platter ~ This is one of my favorite lunches to make. It’s like “deconstructed” sushi!

Recipe:

1 pack seaweed

⅓ cup white rice topped with furikake

½ avocado

For the tuna mixture: combine 1 canned tuna, with onions, cilantro, salt, pepper, sriracha, light mayo and a little bit of sugar!

Pork loin & roasted veggies ~ A quick and easy dinner that took about 20 minutes to put together. TIP: meal prep your roasted veggies so that they are always ready to go during the week! Perfect for quick dinners!
