I ATE HERE FOR FREE ??!?

Yeah you heard that right, as a girlie that loves spending money she doesn’t have and going to aesthetic cafes, this place was a gem for me.

I shall not say hidden gem as this one not very hidden ah it’s right beside Maxwell mrt🤧🤧

Rise bakehouse at Chinatown is celebrating its birthday with limited edition birthday gelato and cake flavours and all of them were to die for! They have vanilla funfetti cake and gelato which we got to taste test without having to buy a scoop given how full we already were.

My boyfriend and I got the tiramisu latte and Milo mocha Gao for drinks which I would give a 7/10 and 9/10 respectively. You could actually taste the tiramisu mascarpone in the latte and the biscuit in my Milo Gao just blew my mind away! So simple yet so rich !

For mains we got the truffle mushroom cream pasta for my bf who is vegetarian and a soft shell crab pasta for myself. Both of them were so delicious like personally I’m someone who never orders crab dishes cause of how lazy I am but this crab pasta was so yummy like I still dream of it pls.

And if you’re someone vegetarian or dating a vegetarian you would know the struggles of finding vegetarian options but they actually had so many great vegetarian and vegan options and it was actually so good like I could smell the truffle from my seat.

And yes you can eat for practically free too by using your cdc vouchers !! 😚😚 I been on a hunt lately to finish my vouchers and find worthy cafes and this is the best one so far ngl given the aesthetic and quality of meals and even the original rates are pretty reasonable like I would come here and eat even without the cdc vouchers.

... Read moreIf you’re planning to visit Rise Bakehouse, here’s a little insider tip: they frequently celebrate special occasions, like their birthday, with limited edition gelato and cake flavors that you absolutely must try. The birthday gelato tasting I experienced was complimentary and a great way to indulge without extra cost. For those concerned about diet options, you'll be glad to know Rise Bakehouse offers a good selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. I ordered the truffle mushroom cream pasta for my boyfriend, and the rich aroma of truffle filled the air—it's a must-have if you appreciate flavor depth. Drinks are quite notable too, especially the Milo Mocha Gao. The biscuit flavor in Milo Gao was surprisingly rich and satisfying, and the tiramisu latte had a real mascarpone bite, scoring high on my list. Prices generally range from $18-$23 for mains and around $8 for drinks, which is reasonable considering the taste and vibe. Using CDC vouchers not only makes your meal practically free but also allows you to explore new cafes without the pinch on your wallet. Since Rise Bakehouse is conveniently located beside Maxwell MRT in Chinatown, it’s easy to drop by and enjoy a cafe outing with friends or a date. I’d highly recommend planning your visit to coincide with their promos to maximize value. Finally, if you’re a fan of aesthetic cafes and love sharing your food journey, Rise Bakehouse's ambiance and photo-worthy desserts make it ideal. Don’t forget to check their latest promo codes online or ask in-store for any ongoing offers to save even more. It was honestly one of my best foodie finds lately—hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
