what i ate today 3/26/26TW: binge eat edition
this is kinda a vulnerable post for me. i unfortunately have developed BED a few years ago and under immense stress i just go to food first thing. today i was stressed out so insanely to the point of insatiable hunger. i try not to beat myself up when this happens (this doesn’t happen often) but i still want to be true and not just hide it.
i promise to be better i definitely need to get my mind away from food under high stress situations but again thats a journey im trying to recover from. :’)

Everything mentioned is relatively healthy and small amounts I think you’re doing great. I like to eat like this too like a bunch of small stuff instead of a couple big meals !
