what i ate today 3/31/26errands plus chillin at home day edition
i had such a good day of eats and i felt great ending the night so im honestly pretty satisfied. tomorrow i will def be cooked because we’re taking a family trip to universal studios hollywood (cooked) but ill still try to vlog my wieiad. good night and see yall tmrrw! overall rating: 6/10 pro

i am someone who genuinely despised anything cardio related all my life (the only reason i joined this 5k is because it’s for colorectal cancer awareness and as a cancer researcher myself i think these events are super important for networking, more information and overall just to run and have fun!

weekly check in #2another 1 kg (2.2) pounds lost bringing me to 143.4 lb :)
yayyyyyy progressssss!!! it really proves to show that a bad binge day doesn’t diminish progress if the rest of your days are consistent. i can’t wait to keep going! :)

worked a total of 11 hours today and i have to wake up tomorrow and work again from 9 am to 2 pm and then 5-10:30 yuh girl hustlin 🥲 but on another note, rating my day at 8/10 wish i prioritized protein more but eh it is what it is. anyways good night yall <333

for breakfast had two eggs and whole wheat bread with a serving of ketchup, had a quick rice krispie before my workout (boxing), had a celsius during lecture, a “tuna bake” with seaweed for lunch and then a lazy spicy ramen and chicken breast with an orange for dinner total calories: 1515 protei
