Today was one of those days where my energy levels fluctuated quite a bit due to the stress and demands of midterms. Starting the morning with a jalapeno cheddar bagel stocked with egg and sausage gave me a solid protein boost—around 91 grams for the day, which is pretty close to my usual target. I find that fueling up with a balanced breakfast helps me maintain focus during exams. Immediately following my exam, I treated myself to a protein shake because I was craving something nutritious and satisfying; it felt like a small reward for the hard work. After wrapping up the last midterm before finals, my boyfriend and I decided to celebrate with some BBQ chicken, which was a delicious way to relax and unwind. I made sure to include a couple of pieces to keep up my protein intake and to feel properly satisfied. For dessert, I didn't hold back and enjoyed a couple of sweet treats—sometimes it’s necessary to indulge a bit, especially during busy academic periods. Throughout the day, I managed around 6,000 steps, which might be less than usual but still helped me stay a bit active. I’ve learned that even moderate movement on stressful days can improve my mood and mental clarity. Overall, my diet on a hectic day like this is about balance—getting enough protein to support my body, small treats to keep me motivated, and some movement to maintain my well-being. Tomorrow, I’m aiming for a stronger day both in diet and activity, knowing every day counts towards better health and productivity.

I want to know why you spent 9.00 on that breakfast sandwich ðŸ˜
