Ditched the other malls that XHS or TikTok are posting because I went and totally not worth the hype ❌
I’m someone usually don’t wear the same piece more than X amount of times so I won’t invest in SUPER expensive tops and cmon I’m in GZ i definitely need to get more bang for my buck. Yes so sis went in with a mindset to buy clothes <$20SGD but all those malls don’t supply and I was so upset???? I didn’t even get to buy anything for the first 3 days LOL.
❗️十三行 was all over red notes but I went during start of Aug where they preparing for Autumn so no sale pieces, designs are pretty meh, staff was super rude as they mainly entertains wholesale seller that buys in bulk❗️
❗️aPM mall items was pretty pricey, matching to SG prices so no point❗️
THIS IS THE CHAMPION MALL
⭐ ⭐ Ming guan Wholesale Mall ⭐ ⭐
I went here on the last day and I was so happy I almost cried 😂 Finally the designs are speaking to me and the price point is 19RMB onwards. It’s super friendly for family as well cause it sells male clothing at 3rd floor and kids clothing available first 2 floors. My bf bought 2 suits less than $200SGD there.
Avoid going to the first two store near the main entrance because the sales girls were super pushy and didn’t allow me to step out of the shop…. We were just looking around a few pieces, asking for the prices and they assume close us all LOL and hug me not letting me go cause I didn’t provide them a reason why idw to buy those they picked out.
Other than that the remaining stores from level 1-2 are enough for you to spend. I will say trendy designs, cheap pricing and I highly recommend yall to buy the pyjamas there at level 2. There’s this shop that sells silk padded pyjamas for only 59RMB ($11~SGD) see pic 5!! I also found another bell flare jeans only for 39RMB ($7SGD) cutting super nice and u can try there so cfm won’t go wrong.
If you guys are gonna go GZ DO CHECK THIS MALL OUT sure yall won’t regret. I will post another one that’s a wholesale mall for Nike, adidas, puma etc in my next one.

... Read moreFrom my recent personal experience shopping at Ming Guan Wholesale Mall in Guangzhou, I can confidently say it’s a hidden gem for anyone hunting for fashionable yet affordable clothing. Unlike some of the more hyped malls on social media that I found overpriced and poorly stocked, Ming Guan offers a refreshing variety of styles at unbeatable prices starting as low as 19 RMB.
What stood out to me the most was their extensive selection across multiple floors: ladieswear on the first two floors, menswear on the third, and even children’s clothes—making it a great place for family shopping trips. I was especially impressed by the store selling silk padded pyjamas for just around 59 RMB (approximately $11 SGD). The quality felt much better than I expected given the low price, and they were very comfortable—perfect for Guangzhou’s slightly cooler autumn nights.
Another fantastic find was a pair of bell flare jeans priced at just 39 RMB ($7 SGD). The cut was flattering, and they allowed me to try them on in-store, which gave me confidence in my purchase. Compared to other malls like 13th Lane and aPM, where I encountered pushy sales staff and expensive prices, Ming Guan felt much more welcoming and customer-friendly.
One tip I learned the hard way: avoid the first two stores near the main entrance. Their sales staff were extremely pushy, making it difficult to browse without pressure. However, the rest of the shops across levels 1 and 2 are laid-back and full of trendy, budget-friendly pieces that truly represent the diverse and vibrant fashion scene in Guangzhou.
Whether you’re a wholesale buyer or just looking for quality apparel without breaking the bank, Ming Guan Wholesale Mall is definitely worth a visit. It caters to shoppers like me who want stylish clothes under 20 SGD and offers great deals on bulk purchases as well. My boyfriend even managed to buy two suits for under 200 SGD!
If you plan to explore Guangzhou, don’t overlook Ming Guan Wholesale Mall. It offers a perfect blend of affordability, variety, and quality that’s hard to match elsewhere. Stay tuned for my next post, where I’ll share insights about wholesale malls specializing in big sports brands like Nike and Adidas. Happy shopping!
