When Your Resume Gets Ghosted
Spent hours perfecting my resume, triple-checking every detail… only to get to the next step and feel like it wasn’t even good enough. Now I’m staring at a form asking me to fill in my entire employment history anyway. It’s frustrating because you want your resume to speak for itself, but the system seems to have other plans. Has anyone else felt like their hard work on a resume just disappears into the void?
