Lunch as a healthcare provider

This is one of my favorite lunches to pack as a healthcare provider that works 80hrs/wk. On a busy schedule like mine, it’s sometimes difficult to maintain a clean diet. With this easy on the go meal, I am able to prioritize clean meals on a busy schedule. Consider adding toppings such as avocado dressing, raw carrots, and broccoli, which are rich in vitamins A, C, K, and important minerals.
