💗Sitting down to do something creative and relaxing in a safe cozy space will allow you’re mind flow like a river of inspiration. You’re safe to be yourself.

💗Laying down once a day to allow your brain to finish all your pending or half thoughts run wild will help you stop overthinking. You just need to release them not identify with them.

💗 Setting boundaries is healthy to your soul and your peace. No is a FULL sentence, don’t feel guilty. You’re not mean, you’re in your right.

💗 Slow down your speech, slow down your actions, slow down anytime you feel anxious and breathe, you don’t have to rush everything. Life happens in the now in this SPACE don’t worry too much on the time. The time will always be right when you are ready.
