Healthy Habit that saved me from very dark times🌈

💛WAKING UP AT 5AM

I didn’t know why waking up while it was already bright outside made me so depressed i ended up taking longer to get out of bed. That wasn’t till I started waking up before the sunrise & started to be in sync with myself & finding my own likings to how I rise. I realized I loved waking up when the world was quieter & darker. I felt a sense of stillness from the energy in the air that made me feel so calm. Majority of the world was still asleep, so it made my awakening moment non-chaotic & rushed. Waking before everyone else decreased my morning anxiety because I now was taking my time to enjoy & focus on my morning routine.

💛JUICING MY OWN WELLNESS DRINKS

I can’t tell you how much money I saved by purchasing produce from the market to prep green juices, ginger immunity shots etc. Taking care of my gut health is super important to me & when I drink my wellness drinks it prevents me from feeling that mid day Illness sense

💛VITAMINS

I never used to take vitamins, but I find it important to commit to that daily routine of taking supplements that will benefit you in the long run.

💛SPENDING ME TIME

while we spend time on work, school, chores, family, friends, or responsibilities, we seem to lose track of spending time with our own selves. It’s very important to get to know our own mind, soul, body and heart. In order to successfully know who we are, having those alone times [whether it’s doing something you like, taking yourself out on a date, treating yourself at home or simply sitting down and listening to your favorite music] it will benefit you at the end cause eventually you will find yourself.

💛JOURNALING

I can go on for hours on how journaling has benefited my mental health, but to make it simple: journaling can be done in many different ways whether it’s simply writing down your thoughts, writing down your day, your feelings at the moment, lyrics or poems that expresses your emotion, drawing visualizations of your thoughts etc. When you talk to yourself in your own unique way you get a better understanding to your needs, it even decreases your daily stress and overthinking habits. It overall benefits your well-being

💛STRENGTH TRAINING

yes I started working out to get the body I wanted, that may still be my goal, but my main priority now is to train to get stronger, to build confidence & to push myself to my limits. Most importantly I’m I doing it for me. To also see how far I go, that motivates me to do even more & accomplish more progress

💛SKINCARE

taking the time to focus on those few extra steps through your day, something as little as skincare, shows discipline on how willing you are to take care of your own well-being. It shows how much you care about yourself, whether it’s hair, body, face, gut etc it’s the dedication to keeping yourself healthy that means something

💛FUELING WITH NUTRITIONAL MEALS

nothing matters more than feeding your body the nutrition it Neal’s to function. Everyone’s body is different so finding that nourishment that’s meant for your specific body type helps gain your energy & go through your days smoothly

💛 I personally am not a religious person & that’s ok it’s not for everyone. I personally never found my happiness in what I used to believe in & I found myself in a much darker path that I was fighting not to go down. So eventually I made it more simple for me to grasp what I was really searching for & that was my own inner peace without needing anyone, anything, any meaning or any higher power in order to fulfill my purpose. All I needed was myself, searching for that strength I had in me all along that pulled myself out of that dark place I found myself stuck in for years. Every since I opened my mind & changed my viewpoint I’ve never felt more free & happy to experience new beginnings for myself & new habits to heal my trauma. I stopped worrying about what happens after life or whats the purpose in life but instead I found that purpose from the earth I’m standing on, the earth I’m breathing from & feeling from. I physically can see the earth I’m on right now, I never realized how much I ignored it since I kept stressing over what will happened after earth, therefore I appreciate mother natures beauty as much as I can while I’m on this earth before anything ends and that has made me the happiest I have ever been. Again this worked for me, it can work for others or it may not. Everyone is different in unique ways, I feel very lucky that I found my passion in this life. I wouldn’t want to live it in any other way. I am so grateful
