TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COOKIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

200g unsalted butter

300g caster sugar

1 egg

75g coco powder

275g self raising flour

400g any chocolate of your choice

Recipe:

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees or 180 fan

Cream together the butter and the sugar until smooth

Crack in your egg and mix

Gradually add your coco and flour mix until combined

Add a dash of milk if your mixture is too dry

Add the chocolate you chose

Form into as many balls as you can / want

Cook for 11 minutes

Set them aside to cool for 30 minutes
