Try out this 20 day wall Pilates challenge!!

Wall Pilates is a great option for those at home looking to add movement to their routine!

The exercise we will be focusing on is a hip raise! Each day you will increase your reps by 5!

To perform a hip raise you want to scoot your butt pretty close up to the wall. Place your feet about hip width distance apart, keeping the weight in your heels. Make sure to press your weight into your heels while pressing your weight to the tops of your shoulders. Core must stay strong!
