Sometimes it feels like a lot just even getting dressed for the gym. But ANY movement is better than no movement, and that’s why cozy Pilates is my personal FAV.

No equipment needed for workout, just you and your good vibes.

20 reps each exercise

3x total

Exercise 1: straight leg push up

Exercise 2: straight leg lift

Exercise 3: oblique reach

Make sure for each exercise your core stays strong and your leg stays straight. Feel the length throughout the back side of your leg, and then squeeze your glute like crazy!!
