Tip #1: girl, get a ninja creami
The holidays are fast approaching, and if this item is not on the top of your wish list I strongly suggest moving it up!! This has SAVED my sweet tooth. I have a ton of recipes, let me know if the comments you would like me to share.
Tip #2 : high volume low calorie meals
I don’t know about you, but I like to eat A LOT. What has helped me in the past is making huge bowls of low calorie high volume meals. For example salad bowls, poke bowls, smoothie bowls, etc.
Tip #3 : workout with a friend.
Having accountability is KEY. Grab a friend and sign up for a workout class!
