Romanticizing my life:

- wake up early. No one likes being rushed, why not take your time. Go on a walk / run, drink lemon water and take vitamin’s. - self care. You don’t look like your dreams you look like your habits. Looking nice, smelling nice, painting your nails, moisturizing your skin. - slowing down. Take

Dinner tonight! 🥘

Baked pork chops and sautéed veggies! I prepped with the spices in the picture and let my meat marinate for a few hours before baking it on 400’ for 15 minutes, splashing the juices on top with a spoon and then in for another 7 minutes. I pulled them out and let them rest for 10 minutes and then se

Short story below: ⬇️🌸

A few months ago I was homeless. I left a toxic family members house for my own mental health and started over. Last year I moved away and lost 60 pounds and started my journey to sobriety. Update pics from my weight loss last year.

Last year I went from 250 to 185 in about 8 months. The bottom pictures here are my update pics. I’m at 195 again but I’ve gained muscle and some glute muscle back as well I’m happy with my progress now after realizing there was so much more than just “losing weight”. #weightlosstransformationinpr

A moment to brag on myself!

I struggle with self confidence and realizing my own success. I just wanted to take a second to give myself credit for showing up for me. I go out of my way for others a lot and it really gives me a purpose doing so. But it’s nice to show myself genuine kindness as well. I finally did a lot on my o
