When I was planning my wedding, I stumbled upon so many videos and routines, especially those popular ones like the 'Gabby George bridal arms workout.' While those are amazing, I wanted something straightforward and effective that I could actually stick to amidst all the wedding chaos. This routine, which includes moves like Bent Arm Lifts and Front Raises, became my secret weapon! Everyone asks about 'before and after' results, and honestly, consistency is your best friend here. I started this routine about 3-4 months before my wedding. At first, I didn't see huge changes, but after about 4-6 weeks, I really noticed my shoulders and triceps starting to get more defined. It wasn't just about looking good; it was about feeling so much stronger and more confident in my dress! Don't expect overnight miracles, but trust the process. Pair this with a balanced diet, and you'll be amazed at the transformation. This simple circuit (12-15 reps, 3 sets) is a fantastic start, but if you're looking for more, think about progression. Once these feel easy, try adding light dumbbells – even 2-3 pounds can make a huge difference!
