Arroz con Leche(Rice with milk) Made with Rice, water, condensed milk, lactose milk, evaporated milk, cinnamon sticks & vanilla extract. Many like it with just raisins. We prefer ours with sliced bananas, fresh strawberries & sliced almonds, topped with cinnamon powder. Its delicious!
