Both must investigate the truth amid a complex system of governance, politics within the empire, and the secrets of the world in which they live, before discovering that this murder may be intertwined with something bigger than expected.

Fun, fun, investigative, sci-fi, exotic fantasy. The story focuses on the investigation, not very dark, but in the context of the fantasy world. It has seen the logic of the investigation tied to the mechanics of the new world, and with the outstanding and perfect investigation partner chemistry, it makes me want to keep following.

Fantasy systems are considered very good, especially empowering humans to play a role in a city besieged by giant animals that are ready to attack, giving a glimpse of the imperial and political systems that try to remain in uncertain situations, but the first part may be less obvious, and it has to be patched up almost to the end of the story to understand the system of the fantasy world, which is very good.

The story is tied up, intense, the latter is more and more fun as the case begins to unravel, along with a series of events that begin to happen, dragging the emotion into excitement, winning until the end, the case is solved, the secret is opened, the character knot is unraveled, the final summary is very good, impressed, investigative, fantasy, unstressed, fun, very recommended. 🩸🥀
