I realized that the key to sticking to keto, especially when you're aiming for a #caloriedeficit, is having a few foolproof, easy recipes in your back pocket. One of my other absolute favorites is the 'cheese slices keto snack plate'. It sounds fancy, but it's literally just arranging a few slices of your favorite low-carb cheese (think cheddar, provolone, or even mozzarella) on a small plate. To elevate it, I sometimes add a couple of olives, a slice of pepperoni, or even a mini cucumber pickle. It's so quick to put together, and the protein and fat keep me feeling full and energized. Sometimes, I'll even spread a little cream cheese on a cheese slice and roll it up – talk about a double dose of deliciousness! Then there's the mighty avocado!
