GRWM: Ski Edition 🎿✨❤️
Getting ready to go skiing involves more than just throwing on winter clothes – it's about combining comfort, warmth, and style to ensure an enjoyable day on the slopes. When I prepare for a ski day, I always prioritize layering: starting with a moisture-wicking base layer to keep sweat away from the skin, followed by an insulating mid-layer like a fleece, and finishing with a waterproof, windproof outer layer to protect against the cold and snow. Accessories play a crucial role as well—think thermal gloves, a warm beanie or helmet liner, and good-quality ski goggles to shield your eyes from the sun’s glare and wind. Don’t forget the importance of ski socks; a pair designed specifically for skiing can make a big difference in foot comfort and warmth. Packing the right essentials such as sunscreen, lip balm with SPF, and hydration is also part of my routine, as time on the mountain can be deceptively dehydrating and sun-exposing despite the cold temperatures. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced skier, organizing your gear the night before can save you precious time and reduce stress. I find that having a personalized GRWM (Get Ready With Me) routine ensures that I hit the slopes feeling confident and prepared. From picking the right outfit to double-checking my equipment, these small but vital steps help me maximize my ski adventure and stay safe throughout the day.
