Tbh i need to be better at working out.
Soo I was off & on with working out.. but I finally got consistent & I’m loving my body! I need to work on my arms still😅 I’m not trying to run a marathon or anything but MAYBE.. just MAYBE I will work up the courage. Send me your workout routine! #homegym #workout 🏋️ #Lemon8Diary
Staying consistent with a workout routine can be challenging, but it’s so rewarding when you begin to see changes in your body and confidence. From my experience, starting small and focusing on areas I wanted to improve, like my arms, helped me stay motivated. I didn’t aim to run a marathon immediately; instead, I set manageable goals and celebrated each milestone. One thing that really helped was creating a home gym space where I felt comfortable to exercise regularly. This convenience eliminated excuses about going to the gym and kept me accountable. Also, mixing different exercises—like bodyweight workouts, resistance bands, and light weights—targeted my arms effectively without overwhelming me. I noticed that sharing progress, like my slimmer face and more confident body, gave me extra encouragement to keep going. It’s important to listen to your body, rest when needed, and gradually increase workout intensity. If you’re unsure about routines, don’t hesitate to ask others or join community forums; this exchange can bring fresh ideas and motivation. Overall, the key is consistency, patience, and embracing the journey rather than focusing solely on the results. Maybe someday marathon running will be part of my plan, but for now, I cherish the progress and newfound confidence from my home workouts.
