Slow progress, real results 💪

Hiiii! So I been dieting/portion controlling & I’ve notice a small change. I also bought a Pilates board from TikTok so now I’m a Pilates Princess 👸 hehe. I’m using my stair stepper and 4lbs weights when I’m on my stepper. Guys small progress makes a difference ! Don’t give up- yess I just star
