I love using my smart hula hoop to workout. I’m trying to lose inches off my waist and it is definitely helping! I participated in a smart hula hoop challenge for the month of April #ActiveApril and loved it! Now, I will go even harder for the month of May challenge #MayMotivation 💪🏾
