Today I took to find a secret noodle shop, warm, like eating at Grandma's grandfather's house as a child. 🥺

"Delicious Noodle Shop by the Temple" Tri-Horse Alley

The name of the shop is not exaggerated because the shop is really "next to the temple" next to the temple wall, hahahaha 🛕🌳

The atmosphere is very homey. Open in the house together. There are grandparents helping to do. Cute to the heart. 🫶🏻

Walking in is getting a feed, like stopping by to eat noodles at a relative's house during the holidays.

The heart is so full. 🥹

The cool thing is that the broth noodles are very fragrant.

It tastes mellow without cooking a lot. The scalding lines are good.

Eat and know that it is done with the intention of every bowl. 🥺🍜

การได้เจอร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวเล็กๆ แต่เต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นแบบนี้ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจมากเลยครับ ที่ร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวอร่อยข้างวัด ซอยไทรม้า เป็นร้านลับที่เหมือนกับว่าคุณเดินเข้ามาในบ้านญาติผู้ใหญ่ ไม่ใช่แค่รสชาติอาหารที่ทำด้วยใจ แต่วิธีการเสิร์ฟ รวมถึงบรรยากาศรอบๆ ที่ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนได้กลับไปเป็นเด็กอีกครั้ง ผมชอบที่ร้านนี้เขาทำทุกอย่างด้วยความตั้งใจจริง น้ำซุปก๋วยเตี๋ยวหอมกลิ่นเครื่องเทศไทยชัดเจน โดยไม่ต้องเติมเครื่องปรุงเพิ่มมากมาย เส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยวลวกมาถึงความเหนียวนุ่มพอดี ไม่เละ ซึ่งบ่งบอกถึงความใส่ใจในแต่ละขั้นตอนการทำอาหาร เมื่อได้ทานแล้วรู้สึกกลมกล่อมและฟินมาก นอกจากนี้ ร้านตั้งอยู่ข้างกำแพงวัดบางนา ซึ่งทำให้บรรยากาศโดยรอบดูสงบและอบอุ่น แตกต่างจากร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวทั่วไปที่อาจจะวุ่นวาย การที่มีคุณตาคุณยายช่วยกันทำอาหารและคอยบริการลูกค้า ก็ยิ่งเพิ่มความรู้สึกอบอุ่นใจเหมือนว่าเราเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของครอบครัว ถ้าคุณกำลังมองหาก๋วยเตี๋ยวรสชาติดี พร้อมกับบรรยากาศที่อบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้าน ถือเป็นร้านที่ควรแวะเมื่อผ่านมายังซอยไทรม้า ในช่วงวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ที่ขายตรงข้างวัด และถ้าวันไหนต้องการความสะดวกก็ยังสามารถไปกินที่ตึกไทรม้ามาร์เก็ตช่วงวันจันทร์ถึงศุกร์ได้ด้วย แนะนำให้โทรสอบถามก่อน เพราะบางทีร้านอาจจะปิดเนื่องจากมีงานบุญที่แจกก๋วยเตี๋ยว หากมาช้าหรือพลาดเวลาก็อาจทำให้เสียโอกาสได้ นอกจากนี้ที่ร้านยังมีที่จอดรถใกล้ๆ ให้บริการ ทำให้ไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องที่จอดรถด้วย ถ้าคุณชื่นชอบก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำหรือเส้นที่ลวกกำลังดี บรรยากาศเป็นกันเอง อย่าลืมแวะมาลองสัมผัสร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวลับข้างวัดที่นี่ดูนะครับ เพราะนอกจากจะได้กินอร่อยแล้ว ยังได้ฟีลอบอุ่นเหมือนกับได้กลับไปเยี่ยมบ้านคุณตาคุณยายในวัยเด็กจริงๆ
