Does regular journaling intimidate you? Well, maybe junk journaling might be more up your alley! There is less pressure, more creative and FUN! 💌🥂✨
Here is how to make your very own DIY junk journal spread:
✨Collect “junk” throughout your daily life! I like to collect receipts, stickers, wrappers, pictures, business cards, brochures and more! I just went to an art museum so I got a map and stickers from the gift shop to use!
✨Grab a pair of scissors and go crazy!!! Cut up all your junk and take some time arranging it on your journal page. I like to experiment and try different variations. ✂️
✨ADD STICKERS! This helps fill the page and makes it look more cohesive. However, this is just an idea and totally optional. If you don’t have any, no need to worry. I got these soup stickers by Andy Warhol and I love them so much.
✨Lastly, you can add the date, doodles or write about your experience.
ALL DONE!! Congrats, you are now an official junk journaler 😎
