Healthy Recipes for Weightloss

Recipe-

Salmon with creamy dill sauce-

1 lb salmon

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup light mayo

1/2 lemon

1 tbsp capers

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp fresh dill

Preheat your oven to 400°f. Wash and dry your salmon. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Once the oven is heated add your salmon to the oven. Cook for 12-14 minutes until tender.

Add your sour cream, mayo, lemon, capers, dill and Dijon mustard to a bowl. Mix until combined.

Take your salmon out of the oven and top with the sauce. Serve with potatoes or any other vegetable.
