Finding your confidence in 2025

Ladies do you ever wake up in the morning and stare at yourself for a long time? Do you ever wonder what actions you could take to become more sure of yourself and your super powers? Hold on I got you!

1) I cannot stress this enough but everyday you wake up in the morning. Lay in bed for an additional 5–10 mins and visualize all the things that you want to bring in to your life . I want you to thank God for it although you may not already have it. You have to have that confidence that whatever you’re seeking will come to you shortly.

2) Get up and get active! Even if you are already pretty fit , a little maintenance to tone up your body won’t hurt. Not only that but going to the gym 5-6 times a week will only boost your confidence because you’re doing something that will benefit you in the long run. Trust me you gonna feel like you got your life together. You will feel more productive and proud that you not just laying around. 🏋️‍♀️💪🏽🤸🏽‍♀️

3) Try to change up your style a bit. If you’re always wearing hoodies and ugg boots, put on some heels girl! Put that blouse on or wear that dress!! Experiment in different types of clothes. You never know what pieces look nice on your body if you don’t start trying new threads out. 👗👠

4) Take picturessssss! Start posing like you’re the main character and no one else is around . 📸

5) I can’t stress this one enough either but change your circle . Get rid of those friends that always make you feel like you’re doing the most just because you want to look good when yall go out. Just because they look like a bum doesn’t mean you have to as well. In other words find like minded people whom take pride in their appearance.

6) When you walk in a room ,walk in there with purpose. Even if you’re going to work, still, walk in there with PURPOSE! When you walk in to buildings , walk in there with your shoulder’s held back, stand up straight , and smile. Even to other people when you walk in , they’ll know you’re a very confident woman. Walking in to places with your head down and low shoulders gives off a vibe that you’re not too sure of yourself and that you’re afraid to be noticed by others. Don’t do that. People will start to think they can easily take advantage of you.

7) Find a light everyday make-up look that works for you. Do something to spice up your face every morning besides your normal skin care routine. Wear that red lipstick . Line your lips up! Give yourself an extra thirty mins to put on some make up it will totally be worth it love!

8) Put on that grown woman perfume. Stop wearing bath and bawdy yawdy works all the time sis. You grown right? So act like it. And when you got ya perfume on walk with a little sway in your hips. Give off that vibe that you know how to work you sh$&.

9) Play around with different vocabulary. Learn some new words. Lay off the slang terms. It’s actually okay to speak proper. Just doing that will open so many more doors for your in life.

10) Last but not least, stop forgiving people over and over again for doing the same thing that has offended you in the past. If you gotta keep reminding people how you wanna be treated, they are obviously not listening . They don’t care enough to. Do yourself a favor and distance your self from people who don’t mean you well. Remember what drake said. Sometime it gets lonely at the top. Have that confidence and know that you’ll be okay being solo for a min. The strongest people roll alone anyway 💪🏽.
