จากประสบการณ์ที่เคยไปเยือน The Baristro Asian Style ที่เชียงใหม่ ความประทับใจแรกคือความร่มรื่นของร้านที่โอบล้อมด้วยต้นไม้เขียวขจี บอกเลยว่าเหมือนหลุดเข้าไปอยู่ในดินแดนเอเชียตะวันออกจริงๆ ร้านมีทั้งโซนบรรยากาศภายในอาคารที่เย็นสบายด้วยแอร์ และโซนสวนหินญี่ปุ่นด้านนอกที่เหมาะกับการนั่งชิลล์อ่านหนังสือหรือถ่ายรูปสวยๆ ส่วนเมนูชาเขียวที่นี่ถือว่าเด็ดมาก สำหรับสายมัทฉะต้องไม่พลาด Soft Matcha ที่ครีมนุ่มละมุนละไม หวานกำลังดี ไม่แสบหวานเกินไป ได้ชิมทุกครั้งคือฟินสุดๆ หากคุณชอบขนมหวาน ต้องลอง Matcha Cheesecake และ Crepe Cake ที่ไม่หวานจัดเกินไป มีรสเข้มข้น ตัดกับความละมุนของชาเขียวได้ดีทีเดียว อีกหนึ่งเมนูโปรดคือ Tsuyu Yame Matcha Latte ที่หอมชาเขียวแท้ ใช้นมไม่กลบกลิ่นชา เหมาะกับคนรักชาเขียวแท้ๆจริงๆ ทางร้านมีการเก็บค่าเข้าคนละ 80 บาท ซึ่งสามารถนำไปแลกเครื่องดื่มหรือขนมได้เต็มจำนวน ทำให้รู้สึกคุ้มค่ามากๆ โดยเฉพาะถ้าวางแผนจะกินหลายเมนู นอกจากนี้การมีที่จอดรถกว้างขวางและโซนสโลว์บาร์ก็เพิ่มความสะดวกสบายสำหรับลูกค้าอย่างมาก รวมถึงการตั้งอยู่บนถนนสุเทพหลังมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่และไม่ไกลจากสนามบิน ทำให้การเดินทางสะดวกสุดๆ สำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาคาเฟ่ที่พร้อมมอบทั้งบรรยากาศดีและเมนูชาเขียวคุณภาพ ในเชียงใหม่ The Baristro Asian Style ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยจริงๆ มุมถ่ายรูปสวย ๆ และความผ่อนคลายของสวนหินญี่ปุ่นจะทำให้คุณได้พักผ่อนอย่างเต็มที่และได้ภาพสวยๆ กลับไปแน่นอน
