Does it matter what side you’re facing when doing RDLs on a smith machine? Yes, it totally does. Especially if your smith angles out. Your position can change the moment arm between the weight and your hips. The longer the moment arm, the harder the exercise feels.

1:1 sessions are amazing because we really get to focus on the small, small details that make a big difference. Tiny adjustments can really change the way the entire game exercise feels (like this client who started feeling her core during a lat pull down)

Since I’m not training for a race rn, I decided to make my next goal pace related! I want to get my 5 miles down to a 10 min average pace. Once fall hits, I’ll start training long distance again but I deff want to improve my pace this season ✨
