Had the pleasure of making my sisters birthday cake. Not only is the cake dairy free but it’s also gluten free. I had a chance to try it and it was surprisingly delicious. Happy to make her cake dreams come true, considering how hard it can be to make a cake that’s gluten and dairy taste good and not be dense.
