Banana Oatmeal Bars ✨

Perfect grab and go breakfast or little snacky snack.

Recipe:

1 large banana

2 eggs

1/3 c maple syrup

1 1/2 c oats

2/3 Truefit protein

1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoons salt

1 Tablespoon flax seeds

1/4 c 72 dark chocolate

Smash banana and add eggs & maple syrup. Mix til combined, add remaining ingredients, mix well! Bake on 350 for 12-15 min. Let fully cool

Cut and weighed them 3 oz each.
