Jogging life

... Read moreHaving explored multiple running trails in Woodlands, I find the route around Woodlands Waterfront Park to be particularly inspiring. The serene waterfront views combined with well-maintained paths make it ideal for both casual joggers and serious runners. One of my favorite aspects is the diverse scenery — ranging from lush greenery near Evergreen Primary School to more urban stretches around Admiralty Avenue. For those who enjoy a blend of nature and technology, Mobot in Woodlands is a unique spot worth checking out. It offers a dynamic running environment where you can combine physical activity with some interactive experience. The park's layout encourages varied pacing and provides plenty of shaded areas, which is a big plus during Singapore’s warmer months. If you want a longer challenge, the standard training routes covering around 6 miles around the Woodlands Avenue neighborhoods offer an engaging mix of terrain and elevation. When I follow these routes, I use my running watch to track duration, step count, and heart rate, which helps me improve steadily. These routes include passing landmarks like Woodlands Industrial Avenue and the Central 24-HR Clinic, adding a local flavor to the run. For anyone interested, I recommend starting at Evergreen Secondary School and making your way through Green Park, with a loop around the beautifully calm Admiralty Primary School area. These paths are generally less crowded, so the running experience is peaceful and rejuvenating. Finally, Woodlands running routes are well-signposted, making navigation easy even for newcomers. Whether you're a daily jogger or preparing for a race, the Woodlands area offers diverse and picturesque options to enhance your running life.

As usual the weekend workout, today is a 8km distance from SK Park to Punggol Safra, and U-turn back to SK. Luckily the weather is good instead of raining, managed to complete the jog back to SK Park. Singapore #MyFreeTime #ThingsToDo #exerciseroutine #workoutsg #lemon8singapore

I Love Jogging ❤️
Jogging is one of my favourite workouts to do. One of the workout that can perspire a lot. I like to do slow jogging outside at the park, or some places with nice scenery; can get to see beautiful clear blue sky and white clouds❣️ At times besides seeing birds, I will also get to see nice chi

2025 Running wrapped… How running changed my life
Started running during the CNY period, and back then I was struggling just to run 5km straight. Fast forward to the end of the year… boom — I just ran 21km. I didn’t rush it. Just took things chill — casual runs, training up slowly, improving my 2.4km timings here and there. It wasn’t a New Yea

Track Workouts to Increase Speed 🏃🏻‍♂️💨💨
Running is not just about running long, it is also about running fast for longer periods of time. Many runners think mileage = king and it’s the only way to increase their personal best over the marathon/half marathon distances or shorter distances like 3-10km. Rather than just running for the
