Lucky Charms Pancakes
St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast for the Kids!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
(optional for green pancakes) 2-5 drops green food coloring
1/2-1 cup lucky charms
(optional) whipped cream
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt & sugar together.
2. Add eggs, milk & vanilla. Mix together till combined. Add in food coloring & lucky charms then let rest for 10 minutes.
3. Cook on stove or griddle. Top with whipped cream and more Lucky Charms. Serve & enjoy!
