Ok, so I’ve been in a mental funk lately and didn’t want my eating habits to carry that as well (as I don’t eat when I’m down). Being productive and eating better! Spinach and cheddar cheese eggs (don’t judge the cheese 🙃), turkey bacon and a toasted bagel with brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese 😁
