🌶️ curry bamboo shoots with clavicle, ✨ the most delicious in the world, easy to make.

🥗 raw materials

- 1 cup of sliced boiled bamboo shoots

- 3 cups of Nang Leaf Water (or use Nang Leaf Powder to make it)

- 3-4 tablespoons cooked boiled clavicle

- 4-5 shallots, 5-10 fresh peppers, 2 lemongrass pounded

- Straw mushrooms / mouse ear mushrooms as you like

- Cha, manglak leaves (Et Tu vegetables) 1 handful each

- 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon rice (water-soaked sticky rice, fine enough paste)

👩‍🍳 How to do it (5 steps, end!)

1. Set the pot - Pour the water into the pot, add the rice, dissolve before hot water, then set the middle heat.

2. Enter the machine - add red onion + chili + lemongrass that is coarsely pounded. Wait until boiling.

3. Add bamboo shoots + mushrooms - add bamboo shoots and mushrooms to it. Boil per 5 minutes.

4. Seasoning - Add clavicle + fish sauce, taste to be salty, lead, fragrant, noisy, adjust spicy as you like

5. Put the vegetables on the end - when boiling again, add the chalom + jellyfish leaves. Turn off the light immediately! Lift down and serve. 🎉

💡 great trick.

- ✅ bamboo shoots are not bitter. - Boil bamboo shoots 15-20 minutes. Pour 1 round of effluent.

The boiled collards are not fishy, if the noises are not enough, add collards.

- ✅ Vegetables are not messy. - Put Cha + Manglak later. Turn off the lights. The fragrance is still there.
