東京駅近で「外観どんな感じ？」「メニューの雰囲気知りたい」「バケツプリンって本当に大きいの？」が気になっている人向けに、私が行った時に役立ったポイントをまとめます。 ■ 東京駅八重洲南口からの行き方・外観の目印 八重洲南口を出たら、丸の内側に回り込まず“八重洲側のオフィスビルエリア”方向へ。お店はパシフィックセンチュリープレイス丸の内の1Fで、木目調の壁に黒い看板＋黄色いロゴが目印でした。初見だと「ここで合ってる？」となりやすいので、建物名でマップ検索してから向かうのが安心です。 ■ メニュー選び（初めての人向け） 「NIHONBASHI BREWERY. T.S」はクラフトビールのイメージが強いけど、フードもちゃんと主役級。メニューはピザ・パスタ・肉料理・タパス系まで幅広くて、2人なら“軽めの前菜＋主食1〜2品＋デザート”が組みやすいです。 ・前菜：レーズンバター、ずわい蟹とアボカドのタルタルみたいな「つまめる系」があると、最初の一杯が進みます。 ・主食：ピザ（プロシュートのビスマルクみたいな卵×チーズ系）は満足感高め。パスタは濃厚うにのクリームソース系が好きな人に刺さると思いました。 ■ 東京駅の“バケツプリン”枠：自家製プリンのリアル 私が一番テンション上がったのが自家製プリン。写真だと可愛く見えるけど、実物はむっちり濃厚で、アイスクリーム＋キャラメルソースがしっかり。正直、食後に頼むと「思ったより重い…！」となりがちなので、プリン目当てならフードを頼みすぎないのがコツです。2人でシェアがちょうどよかったです。 ■ 混雑・予約のコツ 平日夜でも満席になりやすく、私が行った時は予約の人中心で回っている印象でした。特に20時前後は埋まりやすいので、ディナー利用は事前予約が無難。逆に、サクッとつまんでプリンまで行きたいなら早めの時間帯を狙うと動きやすいです。 ■ こんな人におすすめ ・東京駅近で雰囲気いいディナーを探している ・クラフトビールとしっかりごはん、両方楽しみたい ・名物のバケツプリン（濃厚自家製プリン）を食べてみたい 行く前に外観の目印と、プリン分のお腹の余白だけ作っておくと満足度上がります。
