[Ingredients] for 2 people
・ 100 g cream cheese
・ Smoked salmon
· Dill 3-4 bunches
・ Appropriate amount of crackers
・ Appropriate amount of pomegranate
・ Some black pepper
[How to make]
① Cut the smoked salmon into bite-size pieces and finely chop the dill.
Mix the cream cheese, salmon and black pepper in a bowl with a spatula.
③ Make a cone with plastic wrap, roll around and cover with dill to make a tree.
(If the cream cheese is soft before dill, cool it in the refrigerator ◎)
