· Raw rice 60 g

· Water 800 cc
▷ Tofu rice cake
・ Silken tofu 150g

[How to make]
▷ Fermented red bean paste
① Wash azuki beans and raw rice, put water and salt together in a rice cooker, and cook in brown rice mode.
② When the heat is removed, add the rice malt and mix well.
③ With the lid of the rice cooker open, cover with a wet cloth and ferment for 8 to 10 hours in warm mode. ← Please stir occasionally.

① Mix the silken tofu and potato starch well until smooth.
② After heating in a 600w range for 1 minute, mix quickly.
