[Materials]
100 g of water
Honey 🍯 80g
· Gelatin 10g (using Morinaga's cooked gelatin)
・ A pinch of salt (optional)
・ Corn starch (for sticking prevention, potato starch is OK)
[How to make]
① Put gelatin, water and honey in a heat-resistant container. Soak gelatin other than cooked gelatin
② Mix ① well with a whisk.
③ Wrap and heat at 600w for 50 seconds.
④ Mix once with a hand mixer.
⑤ When evenly mixed, whisk at high speed for about 5 minutes.
⑥ When you lift it, when it is about to stand up and bow, put it in a container lined with cooking sheet, wrap it so that it does not let in air, and cool it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to complete.
Sprinkle with cornstarch to prevent sticking and cut with a warm kitchen knife.
