🌸Heyy yall🌸
Dealing with jealousy and negative energy from others is something many of us have experienced. From personal experience, I've found that understanding the root causes—often low self-esteem and insecurity—can help us rise above it. When someone acts irrationally or competes without cause, it's usually a reflection of their own inner struggles rather than a true reflection of your worth. One thing that helped me was recognizing that the criticism or weird behavior wasn’t personal. It was more about those individuals battling their own jealousies and self-doubts. The common phrase, "sometimes our mamas are right," really hits home here, reminding us that the wisdom passed down isn’t just cliché but often true: jealousy is more about others' insecurities. In my journey, embracing humility and confidence at the same time became key. While it’s important to be humble, it’s equally important not to let others’ negative feelings diminish your self-worth. Instead, focusing on your growth and being kind to yourself can reduce the impact of outside negativity. Also, I noticed that people who are secure and happy within themselves rarely feel the need to bring others down. It’s an indicator that empathy and self-love are powerful tools against competition born from bitterness. All these insights remind me to stay grounded, keep supporting positive vibes, and not get bogged down by the low-self-esteem fueled actions of others. After all, being true to yourself and acknowledging others’ struggles with kindness helps foster a healthier mindset and community.
