From my personal experience and what I've studied about human behavior, bullying often stems from deep-seated issues within the person who bullies others. It's not just about isolated acts of aggression; it's about human connection and emotional needs. If society paid more attention to mental health and emotional education, we could reduce the prevalence of bullying. Lastly, my advice to anyone facing bullying is to not internalize these negative attacks. Remember, bullying says more about who the bully is than who you are. Seek help when needed, share your feelings, and focus on activities that build your confidence and well-being.
