🌸Heyy yall🌸
I've found through experience that confidence isn't about arrogance but about knowing your worth deeply and unconditionally. When people try to "humble" you, often it reflects their own struggles with self-esteem rather than anything about you. Staying grounded means understanding that genuine humility isn’t about letting others diminish you—it’s about being comfortable with who you are, flaws and all. In my journey, I realized that trying to seek validation from everyone only leads to frustration. Instead, focusing on self-acceptance and surrounding myself with supportive people helped me build a resilience to negativity. People who feel insecure may project their feelings onto you, but recognizing this can help you stay unaffected by their negativity. One key is to remind yourself daily that confidence doesn’t mean you’re perfect; it means you accept yourself completely. Affirmations, mindfulness, and setting boundaries contribute greatly to maintaining this mindset. When you own your true self and don’t seek external approval, attempts to humble or put you down simply slide off like water on a duck's back. This mindset shift has transformed how I respond to criticism and rejection. Instead of internalizing negativity, I acknowledge it, learn if there’s value, but don’t let it control my view of myself. Staying humble yet confident is possible, and it protects you from being swayed by others’ insecurities. Remember, the best way to be unshakable is to nurture your inner peace and self-love first.
