you’re probably applying your hair oil in the wrong places
most people miss these 2 spots and it’s why they’re not seeing results
this is part 1, i’ll show the rest next
save this for your next oil day 🙌🏼
From my own experience, applying hair oil correctly can make a huge difference in hair health. Many people focus on mids and ends, but as highlighted, targeting the hairline and temples is key because these areas are more fragile and prone to thinning. When I started gently massaging my hairline with my fingertips, I noticed less breakage and new baby hairs forming over a few weeks. The massage increases blood circulation, which promotes hair follicle activity. For the temples, I make sure to apply a light amount of oil and avoid heavy rubbing—just soft, circular fingertip motions. This not only nourishes the scalp but also helps relax tension, which can contribute to hair loss. Additionally, the type of oil you use matters. Oils like castor oil, coconut, or argan oil have different benefits including hydration, strengthening, and scalp soothing. I rotate oils depending on how my scalp feels and seasonally. On my oil days, I find it helpful to part my hair in sections to systematically cover all areas, especially those two critical spots. Consistency is crucial—weekly oil application combined with scalp massage turns hair care into a ritual, yielding better results over time. Remember, it's not just about the oil but how you apply it that impacts hair growth and scalp health effectively. Stay tuned for the next part to learn about other important areas to focus on for comprehensive hair care.
