𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗔𝗠 𝗜 𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗬 𝗘𝗫𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥?
This question has been cutting through something.
There was a time when I would write with an invisible audience already in the room. People I thought were asleep. People I thought needed the exact insight I had.
Without saying it directly, the posture underneath was:
I see something you need to see.
I have arrived somewhere you have not.
Let me dress this up as inspiration while secretly trying to wake you up.
That is a strange thing to see in myself.
On the surface, it can look sincere, wise, even loving. Yet underneath, there can still be performance. Image management. A hidden agenda moving through the words.
A need to appear clear.
A need to appear awake.
A need to be seen as someone who sees.
And that kind of writing feels tight. Arranged. Like stepping into a costume before speaking. Like following an archetype of what a spiritual person is supposed to sound like. Like borrowing another pattern instead of letting this life speak as itself.
Lately, something has shifted.
Writing feels less like teaching and more like birth.
Messy.
Immediate.
Alive.
Exposed.
Less interested in sounding enlightened. More interested in telling the truth of what is actually moving here.
There is no perfect script for that. No spiritual personality to step into. No need to turn this life into an icon of clarity.
There is only this one strange expression appearing as Aaron, with this nervous system, history, humor, contractions, openings, blind spots, and recognitions.
This exact pattern will never appear again.
So why spend it imitating another pattern?
Why shape the voice around what looks wise, acceptable, awakened, or impressive?
A tree does tree.
A river does river.
A bird sings because song is moving.
Creation creates because creation is its nature.
So the question is simple:
Is this pure expression?
Or is there a hidden attempt to educate, impress, correct, awaken, prove, or be recognized?
The difference can be felt.
One is performance.
The other is life speaking while the mask is off.
