I've learned that weighing myself regularly, often first thing in the morning, and diligently logging it into a reputable app like 'Lose It!' has been invaluable. This approach helps me understand the broader 'weight loss trend graph' rather than getting fixated or discouraged by daily fluctuations, which are totally normal. There were certainly moments where I felt like 'weightloss don't work,' especially during plateaus or when progress slowed down. During those times, I'd step back and look at my overall trajectory, or even go back to my starting photos for a 'Zepbound weight loss before and after' comparison. These non-scale victories are just as powerful as the number on the scale. Seeing how my clothes fit differently, feeling more energetic, or even daring to dream about a 'bikini lost lbs' moment next summer – these are the things that truly reinforce my commitment.
