My FAV pre workout juice (caffeine sensitive) ✨🧃

I don’t know about you, but one of my fav things about weight training is seeing my muscles grow. If you want a juicy pump without all the additives this is your drink!

2 simple ingredients:

✨ beets

✨ watermelon

The freshly juiced beets help with blood flow and the watermelon helps with hydration and taste! I personally notice a spike in energy also so I never have to add caffeine before a workout 😋
